Positive: It.was neat. Negative: It was very.far from Salt Palace. The view was fantastic. The glass doors/walls needed cleaning to have a better view of the mountains.

Not a good stay for me. Positive: Free parking. Negative: I booked this property for four nights. While the rental looked like the one shown on Booking.com’s website, there were two issues that made it intolerable for me as a place to sleep. The first and most significant issue was the train noise. There are three rail lines running north and south very close to the apartment, and trains pass throughout the night. The sound is similar to what you might hear near a subway line in New York — a low, grinding noise that travels up through the building. I found it impossible to sleep because of it and ultimately had to leave and find another place to stay. I travel frequently and sleep in around forty different places each year. I’m prepared for typical disruptions and always carry ear plugs and an eye mask. However, the ear plugs were no match for the train noise at this location. The second issue was the bed. I understand that beds can vary in firmness when renting apartments or staying in hotels, and I generally expect something in the middle of the range. Unfortunately, this bed was extremely soft and offered almost no support. It felt more like sleeping on a large pillow than a mattress. Because of these two issues, I would recommend that anyone who values a quiet environment and supportive bed consider other options. One additional note: the apartment is described as being in the “vibrant section of downtown.” In my opinion this is overstated. The property is about a 3/4 mile walk from downtown, and the building is surrounded by security fencing, which gives the area a very different impression than the listing suggests.

Positive: Very clean. Negative: Communication was kind of weird, almost 10 emails for instructions to get in. The bed was very soft and therefore uncomfortable.

Favorite place I have ever stayed in all my travels! Positive: After staying in many high end hotels this apartment was the most comfortable and gorgeous place I have ever stayed. Everything was impeccable. And perfect. As if s high end designer from New York had carefully placed every furnishing. And the building itself is such a pleasant well thought out place to be. Very secure and friendly I did not want to leave! I can’t wait to go back again!
