Positive: Convenient and very clean! Negative: Bed was hard

Positive: The property is situated at a location close to the temple square ( walkable distance) and trax station is also nearby. The apartment has all the basic facilities required for a comfortable stay. Negative: Everything was good.

Would definitely stay here again! Positive: Comfortable, very clean, great view, good location. Negative: The fobs! We got locked out because the battery died in our fob. Fortunately we were able to get help quickly but key fobs are such a pain! Bring back keys or a door code!

Positive: Easy check in check out, nice place Negative: The heater did not work. I tried every mode/setting and no matter what the fan was on full blast blowing cold air (in heat mode) we even set it high and left for an hour and it was still 59 degrees blowing 59 degree air. Even trying to turn the fan off, it stayed blowing full speed (even if you give it time to respond after changing the setting). This was particularly frustrating since I was visiting with my long distance girlfriend and it was her birthday.

Amazing Positive: The entire location of the building, the amenities, the room, the kitchen, the shower… Just one street away from the apartment, there’s a very convenient train station to get to the city center or go downtown. Everything was perfect. Negative: Nothing
