Overall, a lovely stay and good location! Positive: Easy to get the keys, apartment was lovely and clean. The location is a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. and felt safe. Negative: There is a ilttle bit of traffic noise from the street at night / early morning.

Clean, comfortable apartment in a fantastic building, conveniently located in SLC. Positive: This is my first time staying in this particular apartment, but my second time in this building. I found this host to be much more accommodating and helpful than the previous host I booked with, which made the overall stay a real pleasure. The building has beautiful facilities (gym, lounge, business area etc), is conveniently located, and is priced competitively. The host was helpful, responsive and went above and beyond - I'd stay here again happily! Negative: Check-in and check-out times can be restrictive depending on travel plans, as luggage storage isn't an option as in a hotel.

Could have been a perfect stay with water and heating working Positive: Apartment is very well equipped with everything one needs. Location is Ok, about 15 minutes walk away from city center. Liked the colours in the apartment. Parking was free. Negative: There was a water leak in the building which I was not informed about althought the rental company knew about it. So no water for one night for me... Next challenge was the heating which I could not get higher up than 68 degrees. Apartment building could need some fixing on the fassade. It is a stand alone "highrise" close to a gas station and a club.
